Leslie A. Lewis has provided legal services related to creditor's rights for over 28 years.  Ms. Lewis has extensive experience in representing large financial institutions with regard to all aspects of creditor's rights, bankruptcy and collection. A representative client list includes Regions Bank, SunTrust Bank, Branch Banking, Trust Company financial institutions, Seminole Schools Federal Credit Union and vehicle finance companies including American Credit Acceptance Corporation and United Auto Credit Corporation. Ms. Lewis is experienced as and frequently serves as the Personal Representative of Estates in the State of Florida.
 

Ms. Lewis finds that by staying up to date with current case law and litigating, in addition to counseling, drafting documents for and conducting transactions, she provides the best legal and practical advice, for the client pursuing a specific goal or defending a position.
 

Ms. Lewis has also represented telecommunications companies for over 25 years. The range of services include negotiating purchase and sale contracts, leases and easements and providing counsel regarding zoning determinations for the specialized use of the telecommunications clients. A representative client list includes AT&T and BellSouth Telecommunications. Ms. Lewis is one of a handful of attorneys in the United States that provides counsel to telecommunications companies regarding sales, swaps and condominium conversions of the unique telecommunications buildings and real estate. In addition, Ms. Lewis conducts real estate closings for lenders and serves as a title agent for several nationally recognized title insurance companies.
